Hi Is it possible for 1 to obtain an NI number in uk, me having a tourist visa for uk with a BELGIAN 5 years residence card? My other family are Belgians.

It depends on if you are a permanent Belgian resident, have completed a full 5 years and have residents' card to prove it? In that case you must go and live in the UK, you will no longer be tied to EU family members and can go and live anywhere you like in the EU.
