No Car Day

Is Kraineem part of the "No Car Day" next sunday? I might need to get out of Brussels on sunday afternoon and I was thinking to leave the car near one of the last stops of the metro line 1 (either Kraineem or Stockel) and take the motorway from there.

I tried to look online in some of the Mobilité websites, and it seems that Kraineem is out of the picture, but maybe someome here has better knowledge.
