No metros from central Brussels to EU district this weekend

Brussels metro services will be disrupted this weekend, with replacement buses running on lines 1 and 5 between Gare Centrale, Mérode and Montgomery.

The closure all day on Saturday and Sunday is to allow for points to be replaced between Arts-Loi and Maelbeek stations.

The bus replacement service will run every five minutes. Buses 36 and 79, which normally terminate at Schuman, will be extended to Arts-Loi for the metro connection there.
