Let’s talk about it! Challenges in relocation and ways to manage them

Relocating to another country can be an amazing, empowering process full of experiences and growth...but alongside we may encounter transition difficulties and challenges that appear with frustrations, a feeling of emptiness, longingness, ups and downs in relationships with the children, with the spouse, and sometimes feelings of social alienation and loneliness.
The good news is: there is something to do about it. It is possible to live a full life even if we are far from home!
I invite you to an introductory conference on relocation and integration where we will discuss various topics related to relocation. I will introduce myself and listen to your views and needs, in preparation for a more accurate group process.

Dr. Efrat Tzadik is an expert on migration processes, integration (professional, social, cultural),
identity and identification. She is a certified coach, member of ICF.
Efrat is a lecturer, workshop facilitator and works with groups and individuals.
She herself relocated several times and helps people around the globe.
Among her trainings: CBT, mindfulness, self-compassion, time management
(stress management), and more.
