Returning an item to Amazon
I've returned items to Amazon DE/FR. You just leave the box at the post office and they'll give you a receipt (they've never signed/stamped the document provided by Amazon).

Nope - you won't be asked to pay postage. Amazon pick up the costs. The only thing is that it can take quite a while - took about 4 weeks for me to get refunded. When I tracked the package online it looked like it was sitting at a depot in Charleroi - apparently parcels sit there until set dates/times when they are collected by Amazon. So, just be prepared for it to be a bit slow.
