I get a letter with the following info.
When do you think i can hope to have the money?
(I am a bit desperate, so 19 Feb or 1 Mar makes a big difference :-)

You'll get it back end of February, I'd not consider 19th February as the end, I'd consider very near to 28th the end. In the past, I've got my money back exactly as stated in the letter.
