A friend at work is after some of this (I'm not even sure what it is!).

Not in Brussels exactly but the only place I have seen it is out at Stonemanor in Everberg. Even then it is in jars so not quite as good as the stuff you can buy in the UK (especially in the West Country). Still might be better than nothing.
