Weather causes delays on Eurostar

Eurostar is warning passengers to expect delays of up to an hour because of speed restrictions as a result of snow and ice on the track in England, France and Belgium, writes Kent News’ Nick Ames. The company says the situation is improving all the time but delays of half an hour to an hour are possible.
