Question

Hi, Does anyone understand the minefield of taxes concerning a used car to be registered in Wallonia ? Q. Do I have to pay the Mise en circulation AND the eco mal bonus tax when registering ? Q.I cannot seem to find a chart for used cars showing CO2 emissions. As the car I want to register is an older 3000cc Mercedes, I worry a little.......... thanks in advance.

The answer is yes. You need to pay one shot the TMC + the eco-malus and then after the annual taxe. For the CO2 emissions, look on the certificate of conformity of the car.
