Please help to recover my PC

Get yourself on to a tech help forum like bleepingcomputer.com but there are a few to choose from and post in the relevant malware section and they will walk you through it.
In the meantime download malwarebytes and run that, it is a very good and free anti virus/malware program. Like avast or avg but better.

Depending on what system you are runing on the computer, you can Perform a system recovery using the recovery partition - restore your software and settings to the original condition or back to a pre-set date,

Anti spyware is also a good one to get rid of stuff. Was adviced to me by computer help desk when mine got completely blocked.
