Relocating to UK.

Hi,
I am Belgium citizen.
At the end of this month, I will relocate to UK and work as a self employed.
I have changed my address is commune. But they asked me to register also in Belgium embassy in UK when I start living in UK.
Is it necessary to register with Belgium Embassy in UK ?.
If yes, then in what time frame should I register once I am in UK ?.

If you desire to be a good citizen, do what is requested by the authorities, register with the Belgian Embassy in the UK and reap the rewards.
If you want to be an anarchist then don't register.
Risk billing for tax in both counties, but I guess you don't mind contributing to all countries who welcome you in these straightened times.
