Property advice
Hello,
We are looking to buy property in Brussels and have already researched the financing side etc. We would really like some advice though about which neighbourhoods are up-and-coming and some other pointers about what is considered desirable here (if we ever want to resell). Where could we turn to for such advice? Property agencies seem to have an interest in pushing the areas where they happen to have stuff to sell, so not quite impartial.
Also, where could we find experts to evaluate the state of a property and possible renovation needs?
