I'm not sure what brands they have but it is the source of all things with both cooking and baking.

If you have an Aveve near you they do everything you need for baking. If you want a 'true' red don't buy the liquid colouring. In Aveve they have small tubs of colour that you can buy in singles ( the red is quite vivid and I use a cocktail stick to add it), not sure of the brand name as mine are from Wilton. Happy baking!
