parking fine cost near midi

Question

hi just went down to midi market we parked on side street along with multiple other cars returned to find a nice note from Police fine in post as you were impeding traffic flow :( we didn't see signs saying not to park but no doubt we have to pay anyway. Does any know what standard fee is for this as first parking offence?

all it says is cant see it the note just says
reglement general sur la police de la circulation routiere
but we weren't blocking the road stuff could still pass by and I cant see that on that page so guess we have to wait for paperwork to arrive and see what that says.
