Maybe you should rephrase that as "is there a shop that overcharges for cheap tat and cons you into paying more than you should for it by pretending the financing is cheap?".

Not very popular in Belgium. They don't like cheap tat, and they don't fall for easy financing. Go to a proper furniture store and get some quality stuff that will last, and get a loan from your bank to pay for it.

And don't forget you'll have a big insurance cost each month for the 'free' loan.
