neurologist for Tourette Syndrome diagnosis

I'm looking for a neurologist who has experience with Tourette Syndrome diagnosis. I know there is one in Gent, but I don't want to go that far. Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp are ideal for me. Dutch or French speaking. I just need an official diagnosis to be able to put in a request for extra chiropractor sessions. Thanks!
