Question

Anyone else had problems with receiving their pdf attachments after buying national tickets online? Any successful resolutions?

Obviously I have, just want to check it's not just me.

you've probably already looked but junk folder?
Only bought pdf international tickets and these arrived fine, for domestic I use ID/residents' card option as it doesn't require printing.

Thought about using the puce, but the kids are on puce-less cards, not sure how that would work. I'll definitely use the ID card next time if it's just me so thanks.

but kids are free under 12 years so they don't need tickets unless travelling alone? Then don't they have puce cards for over 12s?
