Belgac0m

We foolishly switched over to Belgac0m. I have read many, many reports of incorrect billing and subsequently suffered the same. They have ignored all protests (by various methods and medium) and so eventually I have settled the bills in full and cancelled everything. I now intend to demand payment back from Belgac0m, with 9.75 euro late payment for every month they ignore me. Chances of success ?
