Where to buy fabric

Question

I want to buy soft /stretchy but easy to sew fabric (to make cushions and chair covers) at a reasonable price but don't know where to look. Don't want to spend too much. Thanks for any recommendations for fabric shops that are not expensive.

i also like chien vert.
note that there are two shops distant 100 metres from each other.
one is a bit more expensive (but with amazing stuff), the second has lots of bargains and small rolls of fabrics sold at discounted prices.

rue de brabant and other street markets are also good spots to buuy fabrics.

If you want cheap fabric try the Sunday market by the midi I have seen it on sale their chein vert seems pricey to me but it is an amazingly decorated store
