Question

Hi, anyone looked into self-building a house in Belgium. Is there a certifying body here that grants 10 year guarantees etc ?

For building a house in Belgium you need an architect , who does all the paperwork ,he or she also takess care of certification, apart from energy certifications for which you have to get an EPB- controller in Flanders.
