Question

Hello
Is there a website where one can see recent sales of real estate in certain areas?
for example if a house has been sold in my street, could I find the sales transaction on line somewhere?

There used to be a database on the Belgian Office of Statistics (Statbel) website that gave, by commune, average selling prices for villas, houses, flats and building plots.

I had a brief poke around and didn't immediately find it. You may be more lucky.

well average price is only a vague indication. price per M2 per area is common knowledge. that does not give me the real price of a specific house...
in other parts of the world there are websites that give all real estate transactions within an indicated area...alas probably not here

No transaction prices though, just listed prices. Don't know how accurate it is either....
