Land lord enters flat without our knowledge

Dear Friends
I am residing in a furnished and serviced appartment. But we see that they have all the duplicate keys. I understand that as sometimes we are not home during cleaning etc. (which are scheduled visits).
But is landlord not obliged to inform us for any unscheduled visit for inspections etc. ?
The landlord is obliged to stick to the contract. So read it and see what it says.
Don't let him enter, if you know he his for sure tell him he isn't allowed and also make a complaint to the housing authority and police. If you don't do it now you will have zero recourse in the future.
Only if you know for certain he is doing it.
