Am I getting old?

Question

My neighbours routinely leave rubbish bags in the front garden until collection day. There's also a broken old easy chair, which has been there for months. The front garden is always a mass of weeds. I once found a bottle of urine propped up against my adjoining wall.

I'm slightly bothered by this but am I being unreasonable? It's their private property but is in full public view. What is the etiquette here?

- Ring the commune and make a complaint.
- Go and see a local councilor (elections coming up - things happen...)

Go to the commune complain about mice and rats and cats , which should be present anyway....

If there are pigeons feeding there, it is illegal even if inadvertently to feed them - the commune would not like that and should intervene! If there are no pigeons, throw some crumbs on top of their rubbish bags ...

No you are not getting old, you are just not an anti social person. Ring the commune. Sometimes it works :-)
