Relocating for work in Belgium

Hello,
I currently live in Los Angeles but I am originally from Europe. I want to go back and possibly find better opportunities in Belgium. I am a jewelry designer (working with CAD as well) and have extensive knowledge in diamonds and the whole jewelry industry.
It will be highly appreciated if anyone can give me more info and what approach should I take on finding the best opportunities and where.
