Experience working for Mastercard, Waterloo?

Does anybody have any experience of working for Mastercard in Waterloo? I was wondering how the company is seen as an employer, how it treats its employees, what salaries are like compared to other organisations etc. Thinking of applying for a position there - any tips on application also gratefully received!
