If you have a parking permit for Brussel, can you park in one of the neighbouring communes, eg. St Josse/Schaarbeek (and vice versa)

Your parking permit is normally accompanied by a list of the streets you can park in ... i.e. if you are in Brussels 1000 ... this is divided into areas - and you will see on a map the area ... close to your address where you can park ...
