Windows 7 Home Premium Family Upgrade Pack

We'd like to upgrade our OS from Vista to Windows 7. Supposedly there is a Windows 7 Home Premium Family Upgrade Pack which gives 3 licenses to upgrade older versions to Windows 7, but it doesn't seem to be available on the MS website.
Could anyone recommend some other online store / actual store in Brussels who would have this product (in English).
