FYI, but if anyone is looking for amazing salsa

Question

I don't know about you all, but the Tex Mex salsa you can get in the store here just doesn't cut it for me. I just wanted to say thanks to the recommendation of a co worker I found a American lady who makes the bets salsa I have had. Plus it is bio which was a huge bonus for me.
Anyway leave a comment if I can get you in touch with her. But MERRY CHRISTMAS there are other options but the mass produced crap in the stores.
Just thought everyone should know as I have been searching high and low for good salsa since coming here from California.

The American store in Antwerp has a wide selection of salsa even from my home state of Tejas but nothing can beat homemade salsa. Oh, How I miss my Mexican restaurants!!

I can never get my home salsa correct - guess it is the chili's. and driving to Antwerp doesn't seem worth it. This gal does 7 euros for about a liter of it. It comes in jars that can be frozen and she brings all of them frozen except 1. I am in heaven now. The last part to make Belgium more homey. Ahhhh

Hey thanks for the info. What I particularly like is the way it just doesn't sound like a self-serving plug which is good because there are number of people here who would be offended if they thought that someone was using a Q&A forum as a ruse to advertise stuff. After all if there was any commercial intent there is always the possibility of paying for advertising.

Salsa. How hard can that be?

I can honestly say it is not me who makes it.... I ruined each one I tried. I like it smooth like the north Mexican way and I just never got it right.
I was just happy to find it and share..... And Bob - I buy from you for most of my spice needs :)
I don't think she sells as she isn't a business just a friend of a co worker.
Her email is Jimwmp at outlook.com. The Jim stands for Just in Minutes I think
