Does anyone know a lawyer specialising in international divorce law? If, two Belgian nations decide to divorce in France, there is a part in French law saying the divorce has to follow French law, but there is a part in Belgian law which says the conditions of the divorce cannot be worse in France than they would have been in Belgium. Need a lawyer who knows the ins and outs of this.
