How to telephone the Bulletin office?

I want to call the Bulletin office, but they are very anonymous! There is no phone number (that I can see) on the entire website. Most odd. I am having issues with a small ad - unable to access messages that I am getting from the Bulletin (presumably responders to my advert). Does anyone have a phone number for the Bulletin office? Yes, I can e-mail them (via the website form, but it's much better to explain to a real person what the problem is).
