car insurance

Hi, I had for two years and Omnium insurance with Touring. I was paying quite a lot since i had no record on my bonus malus so i started with the highest.
Although i haven't reported any incident/accident, my monthly payment increases due to new taxes or whatever.
Anyway Im ready to shop around. any recommendations for the cheapest car insurance company or a broker who can give me the best quota? Thanks
