For once, the Belgian red tape is not working. I need to do the equivalent of "writing to my local MP".
Problem being I live in Brussels and the issue is covered by the Flemish region.
How do I work out who to write to?
Contact either your local Commune or OCMW. Make an appointment with your local office and explain your difficulties.
