Get rid of excess soil from yardwork

Hello, I just moved to Brussels a couple months ago and am in the process of doing some extensive yard work in my spare time. This has resulted in a fairly large mound of excess dirt and soil that has nowhere to go at the moment. Is there someplace around Brussels where I can take this? Unless I'm mistaken, the green trash bags are only meant for leaves, sticks, and the like. Not soil.
