Just to clarify what "did not have the knowledge about" means: did you yourself sign a contract that was confusing or misleading etc. and you did not fully understand it - then Blus is right and Test Achats is a good starting point.
Or is this related to your earlier questions i.e. someone else pretended to be you and signed a contract in your name, using things that you had left available in your home (such as your electronic card reader, your bank cards, your passwords etc.) - in this case Test Achats cannot do anything. You need to involve the police.
