Tax declaration

Hi,
I received tax declaration for 2013 in Dutch. Before it was in French and I was able to complete it. Now I do not understand anything. Is it possible to download tax declaration in French from somewhere? Just for understanding purposes, I will still complete the original in Dutch, as this is required by my commune.

I saw a news item within the last week or so about this.
If you live in one of the communes bordering Brussels where all official documents used to be sent out in Dutch or French at your request, the ruling is now that they will all be sent in Dutch but you can request a French version on a case by case basis.
Or you could just go to your local tax office and get them to fill it in for you.
