Yes. The shop is kind out of the way and when you get there you can't find the street number. It's not right up on the front. If you go, make sure you take their number with you.

You better hurry because all the electronic smoke shops seems to be closing quickly. There are 3 in the center of brussels that were open for a few months and are now empty and closed.

Best just to quit completely, these electronic cigarettes are dangerous hence why they have been taken off the shelves!
