Hi, Have you used the website named "SammyDress.com"? I have ordered couple of items and have not heard back from them yet. It's been almost a month now. I've sent several follow up e-mails to the customer service and I get no anwsers :-(. Is there anyone else out there had similar experiences with this website? If so, how did you manage to get your items delivered or refunded by this company?

The website does say that flat rate shipping to EU takes between 10-20 days. If that is "working days" as opposed to "days" then you are probably not delayed yet.
However, if you're really worried, then the best thing to do is to contact your credit card company and tell them to cancel the payment.
I bought stuff for my daughter on a similar site in the U.K. recently, it took just under a month to get delivered.
Their website also suggests that goods are shipped from China - in which case they are likely to be held awaiting Customs clearance somewhere.
