Tax relief child

1. Income tax allowance: You can earn more before you pay tax. Use a tax calculator to work out what difference that makes.
2. Family allowance - you get €150-200 per child, depending on age & number of children.
3. Rates reduction - you get 10% off the Précompte Immobilier per child. You need to apply to the commune for this. You can also get this as a tenant - the landlord has to pass the savings on to you.
