BBC local news: Channel Islands!

10 days ago, Voo (the television cable company) changed the regional news available on BBC after the main news bulletins from London/Southeast to Channel Islands. Though I don't come from London, I suspect it may be of more interest to many in Brussels than Channel Islands local news. I've rung Voo, who say that they only broadcast that which the BBC provide, and I've emailed the BBC, but haven't received a reply. Does anyone know why this has been changed, know what we can do about it, or whether it's a permanent change.
