i am living with my girlfriend from september 2010. we applied for marriage in commune but they refuse our marriage. now we apply for co-habitation, so our marriage refusal will effect the co-habitation or not. Last day we went to commune for apply co-habitation nut they refuse to take our papers that your marriage is refused you can not apply for co-habitation. really its according law that we can not apply for co-habitation

Go home and get married according to your local traditions and celebrate with your families, like most people do, and you might have a fighting chance of your marriage being seen as genuine, and not a marriage of convenience.
