Caterer review

We are planning to have a wedding dinner soon (buffet style) and were wondering if anyone has had experience with the caterer below?

Our guests will be a mix from Belgium, England, Denmark, Spain, France, USA, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia.
