I second for Telenet, though I am using it in Flanders. I am curious to see what will happen when I will ask to move to Brussels :)...we'll see then customer service...

Have been with VOO for nearly 5 years and a I am a very satisfied customer!

VOO is the worst of anything. I'd rather be without Internet and TV than put up with how horrible they are. Obviously I'm very dissatisfied with VOO, and Belgacom isn't much better, but at least it is better than VOO. Avoid VOO at all costs, they are terrible from billing all the way through customer service and consistency.

VOO is horrific. They have abysmal customer service (it is none existant). They are argumentative, arrogant and unhelpful. They unable to answer basic questions (i.e. you have cut my internet off for no unknown reason, when can you reconnect it? I don't know.) and they are unable to fulfill basic functions (please send me this month's bill). Worse is that their incompetence manifests itself in the form of intransigence (they will not admit to wrong doing). I recommend that you stay as far away as possible!
