Electronic Identity Cards - difference between E ans E+

Hi All,

Anyone know what the difference is between the E and E+ electronic identity / residence card?

E card is for EU citizens who are not permanent in Belgium but valid for 5 yrs
E+ is for EU citizens who are PR. Typically given after a 5 yr stay in Belgium also valid for 5 years.
