Brussels airport assistance
Question
I am expecting my mum to visit me soon. She will fly
into Brussels airport, but she speaks no French/English
and most likely she will not be able to find her way
in the airport.
Is there any assistance for passengers with special needs?
On the other hand, I know quite well the airport. Could I be
authorized to fetch her at the gate?
