If you want to go to RC mass at Christmas, then go to your local church (if you live in a French speaking area) and look on the door, or ask around this Sunday (grab a leaflet/look on the noticeboard).

The website above provides more info about your local parish church (or those in parishes to local to you). Most Catholic parish churches tend to celebrate "midnight" mass at a "family friendly" time on the evening of the 24th; 8pm or 10pm for example.
Masses in English are regularly celebrated at St Antony's in Kraainem, St Josephs (Ch de Wavre) in Ixelles and at the Dominican (bi-lingual) church on Ave de la Renaissance, not far from the Cinquantenaire.
