Foreign cash

As Germany, Austria, Italy and Netherlands changed to Euros 12 years ago and as Yugoslavia no longer exists, I doubt whether the cost of changing them - presumably all through the relevant Central Banks - will produce any benefit.
I believe that the Belgian francs can still be changed; in any case, your bank will confirm that for you.
