Apart from Auto-Ecole Européenne, is there any other driving school in Brussels that provides english lessons (theory and practice) Ixelles, Uccle, Etterbek..

For Theory , why don't you just read it from the book ?
For English book , you could get it from WaterStones near De Brouckere.
Just ask them for a Car Licence Exam - Theory Book.
You can give theory exam in English , there will always be a translator who will talk you through

Not very professional driving school. The driving instructor lacks pedagogical skills and the administration is chaotic. Overall I won’t recommend this driving school.

Auto-Ecole Européenne in Ixelles has 2 instructors speaking English and covering 7 days a week.

They also sell a book in English about the theory as well as an 800 questions examination book (so 16 full tests).
