Loo up the model on teh internet -- -- if there is a fault code showing that will give you an idea -- And first step -- have your checked the filter?

If teh filter is blocked - with fluff paper and anything else -- that will cause an error code and stop the machine from working -- The filter is easily cleaned - Usually accessed by a small door on teh front of the machine (depending on make and model) Check that first -- could save you some cash on an unnecessary call out.
