Belgium
09:00 06/03/2015
Carlos Brito (pictured), CEO of the world’s largest brewer AB Inbev, in 2014 received a salary of about €2.22 million, or an average monthly salary of nearly €185,000, according to Jobat. Brito currently takes home less than he did in 2010, when he earned nearly €4.6 million, or about €380,000 per month.
AB Inbev works with variable pay for its management executives, in addition to changing bonuses and share-options. Brito’s salary has therefore changed over the years, from €3.75 million in 2012 to €4.53 million in 2013 and €2.22 million last year.
AB InBev was formed following the 2008 acquisition of American brewer Anheuser-Busch by Belgian-Brazilian brewer InBev.
