I've been disappointed with the sales here, particularly for clothes and shoes. Many shops have obviously "bought in" items, rails of the same things (River Woods for example). Inno isn't great either. Which shops have genuine sales?

The sales in Belgium are never that fantastic, unless you have the time to spend hours looking for the odd bargain. Either a load of old tat, or the "reduced from" price much higher than the original price of the item!
H & M, C & A, Dod, small boutiques usually worth a go.
